- 65g butter, melted
- 1½ tbsp. Just Add Chimichurri Herb Blend
- 2 tsp. Just Add Chilli Purée
- 65g feta cheese, crumbled
- Lime wedges
- Preheat the grill to medium-high 170-200°C.
- Stir together the butter, Herb Blend and Chilli Purée, and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the mixture lightly onto the corn.
- Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is lightly charred.
- Transfer to a plate and brush liberally with the remaining butter mixture.
- Sprinkle on the crumbled feta and serve with lime wedges as a delicious, healthy side dish.
