  • 65g butter, melted
  • 1½ tbsp. Just Add Chimichurri Herb Blend
  • 2 tsp. Just Add Chilli Purée
  • 65g feta cheese, crumbled
  • Lime wedges

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high 170-200°C.
  2. Stir together the butter, Herb Blend and Chilli Purée, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the mixture lightly onto the corn.
  4. Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is lightly charred. 
  5. Transfer to a plate and brush liberally with the remaining butter mixture.
  6. Sprinkle on the crumbled feta and serve with lime wedges as a delicious, healthy side dish.
