  • 452g pasta
  • 475ml low-fat single cream
  • 2tsp Just Add Garlic Purée
  • 2tsp Just Add Basil Purée
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Small handful of pine nuts (optional)
  • 40g parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Pour the cream into a saucepan and simmer over a low heat. Mix in the Just Add Basil, Just Add Garlic and parmesan and stir until thickened.
  3. Once cooked, drain the pasta and mix into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle over a handful of chopped pine nuts.
