PREP COOK SERVES

- 452g pasta
- 475ml low-fat single cream
- 2tsp Just Add Garlic Purée
- 2tsp Just Add Basil Purée
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Small handful of pine nuts (optional)
- 40g parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Pour the cream into a saucepan and simmer over a low heat. Mix in the Just Add Basil, Just Add Garlic and parmesan and stir until thickened.
- Once cooked, drain the pasta and mix into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle over a handful of chopped pine nuts.
