Coriander & Lime Rice
This simple, zingy rice is easy to make and perfect with any Thai dish.
- Just Add™ Coriander
- Just Add™ Garlic
- 158g of basmati rice
- Lime juice
- Cook the basmati rice as per the pack instructions.
- Once cooked, add the Just Add™ Coriander and Just Add™ Garlic.
- Fluff the rice with a fork, add a splash of fresh lime juice and serve.
