Coriander and Lime Rice


Coriander & Lime Rice

This simple, zingy rice is easy to make and perfect with any Thai dish.


  Serves: 2-4



  • Just Add™ Coriander
  • Just Add™ Garlic
  • 158g of basmati rice
  • Lime juice



  1. Cook the basmati rice as per the pack instructions.
  2. Once cooked, add the Just Add™ Coriander and Just Add™ Garlic.
  3. Fluff the rice with a fork, add a splash of fresh lime juice and serve.
