Basil, Garlic & Herb Butter Cod Parcels
Preheat the oven to 180oC
Combine butter, Just Add Garlic Herb Blend, Just Add Basil Puree.
Wrap in a sheet of clingfilm and roll into a sausage shape.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place the green beans, asparagus, broccoli in a pan with boiling water and blanch for 3 minutes.
Transfer to a ice cold bowl of water and cool for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile slice your butter into 1cm thick moons
Place the vegetables on the tray with the cod, sliced lemon and butter on top. Then wrap in to a parcel.
Place in the over for 15 minutes, and serve.
