Ginger Smoothie Bowl

  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 4 soaked dates
  • Half a banana
  • Half an avocado
  • 1 tsp Just Add Ginger Puree
  • 2 handfuls frozen spinach
  • Berries
  • Coconut flakes

Method

1.

Blend the coconut yogurt, dates, banana, avocado, Just Add Ginger Puree and spinach in a blender.

Place in a bowl and top with berries and coconut.
