Turkey meatballs with a roast pepper sauce
Preheat the oven to 200oC.
Slice the peppers and combine with the oil and salt, put in the over for 20 minutes.
Take out the oven and place the rest of the sauce ingredients in the blender and blend till smooth.
To make the turkey meat balls, slice the spring onions and combine the rest of the ingredients and roll into balls.
Heat a large pan with oil and fry the meat balls until cooked, cover with the sauce.
While that’s cooking make your pasta following packet instructions.
After 10 minutes, serve your pasta and meatballs.
